New College Graduate Finance Rotational Program

If you are interested in exploring the multi-faceted world of Finance and will be receiving an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, Symantec has the answer for you. Our Finance rotational program is for recent New College Grads and will give you the opportunity to make an immediate contribution while learning from the inside what the function is all about. Our successful 2-year program has rotations that are 6 months in length and offer exposure and experience in some of the following areas: Accounting Operations, SEC/External Report, Compliance & Internal Audit, Treasury, and FP&A. You will work on monthly spending forecasts, support managers with the capital budget process, assist with month-end close and interact with internal and external organizations on accounting disclosures.

New College Graduate Human Resources Rotational Program

Are you working toward an undergraduate degree in Human Resources and graduating within the next year? Are you looking for an opportunity to explore the different functions of Human Resources? Then Symantec has the answer for you. Our 1-year rotation program includes four (4) 3-month rotations in Benefits, HR Services, and the Talent Acquisition Organization. You will be able to make a contribution in each of these areas immediately and will work closely with some of the brightest and innovative talent in Human Resources. Some of the projects you may be involved in would be assisting Benefits with open enrollment, helping our University Relations team with their Intern Program and utilizing your data analysis skills for our HR Services team.
