With this agreement, Symantec will provide Norton Mobile Essentials customers with thirty minutes of connectivity and application software support by including an Emergency Connection Assistance calling card in each Norton Mobile Essentials box. The Emergency Connection Assistance card gives customers access to DIGITAL technical experts -- 24 hours a day -- for urgent connection problems and answers to questions on more than 200 software applications.
