Remote Support. Symantec customers can receive technical support over the Internet using the advanced capabilities of pcANYWHERE. A Symantec technician will use pcANYWHERE to remotely control the user's computer to troubleshoot and repair installation, configuration, and general system problems in a fraction of the time traditional telephone support methods require.

Because this new remote control service is being offered through Chat Now!, which includes Internet conferencing capabilities, users can converse with a technician while the remote support is occurring.
