Russian Railway Company Chooses Symantec's Antivirus Solution

CUPERTINO, Calif. - March 8, 2001- Symantec Corp., (Nasdaq: SYMC) a world leader in Internet security, today announced that October Railways, the Russian Railway Company, purchased Norton AntiVirus for Microsoft Exchange to protect its MS Exchange-based e-mail system covering 3,500 workstations.

Norton AntiVirus for MS Exchange provides administrators with the most comprehensive and automatic virus protection available. Efficient incremental scans minimize impact on network performance.
