Thompson, Symantec’s chairman and chief executive officer, will keynote at the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives’ (CHIME) Spring CIO Forum in San Diego, Calif. Thompson’s keynote is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9, from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. PT at the San Diego Convention Center.
Thompson’s speech will discuss technological advances that are improving healthcare and the associated challenges of protecting patient information. He’ll also talk about the need for a comprehensive security strategy that incorporates early warning, integrated protection and expert response along with central management capabilities.
