Those channel partners were asked to rate their satisfaction with their vendors' products, support, and partnering activities. Bernett Research Services, a Boston-based data collection company, and Answers Research, the market research and consulting firm in Solana Beach, Calif, conducted the research. Complete results of the ARC report will be published in the Oct. 13, 2003 edition of VARBusiness.
