(Nasdaq: SYMC), the world leader in Internet security, today announced that it will host SecureXchange 2003, Symantec’s annual conference providing enterprise customers with the latest information and training to secure their networks against today’s cyber threats. The conference will be held Tuesday, Nov. 4 through Friday, Nov. 7, 2003, at the Sheraton Premiere Tyson’s Corner in Vienna, Va., near Washington, D.C.
Keynote speakers at the event include Richard A. Clarke, chairman of Good Harbor Consulting and former chairman of the President’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Board; John Schwarz, Symantec president and chief operating officer; and Rob Clyde, Symantec vice president and chief technology officer.
In addition to information about the company’s products and services, Symantec’s security experts and managers will also conduct breakout sessions on subjects such as the latest attacker and network evasion techniques, incident management, policy compliance, vulnerability assessment, and various forms of multi-layered security.
