SANTA CLARA, Calif.—October 2, 2007—Clearwell Systems, Inc., the leader in Intelligent E-Discovery, today announced the appointment of Anup Singh as the company’s chief financial officer, and Roy Albert as the vice president of engineering. Together, the two executives combined add more than 40 years of operational experience in finance and technology to Clearwell’s leadership team.

Prior to joining Clearwell, Singh was senior vice president and chief financial officer at Warranty Corporation of America (WACA), the leader in providing service plan solutions to the wireless, communications and retail industries. He joined WACA from Trimble Navigation Limited, a leading provider of advanced positioning solutions, where he held positions as vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer. Singh’s background also includes leadership roles at Excite@Home, 3Com Corporation and Ernst & Young LLP.
Albert has also held leadership roles with industry-leading companies including iPass, where he led engineering and product development through the company’s IPO, the fourth largest in 2003. Later, as the chief technology officer, Albert led iPass’ Advanced Technology team and was instrumental in establishing the company as the leader in global broadband roaming. Prior to iPass he served as the vice president of engineering for General Magic and spent 11 years at Centigram Communications in several positions, including chief architect and director of custom development.
