MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.—May 13, 2008—Clearwell Systems, Inc., a leader in Intelligent E-Discovery, today announced the expansion of its North American sales and business development teams. Newly appointed members of the Clearwell team include Steve Rapp as business development manager, Lana Schell, J.D., as e-discovery operations manager, Eric Crespolini as e-discovery services manager, and Mark Wentworth, Rob Artisst and Marty Enns as regional sales managers.
The demand for e-discovery solutions continues to escalatetop industry analysts at Gartner Research estimate that the market for e-discovery products and services is growing by more than 37 percent per year. Clearwell’s most recent series of new team appointments is intended to keep up with rapidly growing customer demand.

Steve Rapp has more than 13 years of experience in sales management, and most recently served as regional account manager for Electronic Evidence Discovery, Inc., where he developed business with Fortune 1000 corporations and AmLaw 250 law firms. Lana Schell has a background in litigation and e-discovery consulting, previously working for Intelligent Discovery Services, Syngence Corporation, LECG and Merrill Corporation. She is also co-founder and national director of Women in eDiscovery, a worldwide organization with 18 chapters and over 1,700 members. Eric Crespolini brings 14 years of client services, e-discovery management and litigation experience to Clearwell from his most recent position as senior manager of client services for Xerox Litigation Services.
Clearwell’s sales team is strengthened with the addition of three seasoned regional managers. Mark Wentworth is an accomplished sales strategist with more than 15 years in the legal service and software space. He joins Clearwell following his role as the corporate discovery specialist at Lexis Nexis Applied Discovery. Rob Artisst joins Clearwell from Cataphora, Inc., where he was the director of business development. Rob has had 12 years of success selling litigation support services and software and is a frequent presenter at industry conferences. Marty Enns brings nearly 20 years of development and e-discovery consulting experience to the team, providing an expert perspective on the industry. Most recently Marty was a senior discovery consultant with Ivize (formerly Aptara Litigation Services).
