Senior Director, Product Marketing, Storage and Availability Management Group

Chandra Rangan leads product marketing for Symantec’s Storage and Availability Management portfolio of products. These include the Storage Foundation suite (Veritas Volume Manager, Veritas File System, Veritas Cluster Server and Veritas Operations Manager), CommandCentral, Disaster Recovery Advisor, FileStore, ApplicationHA and VirtualStore.

Chandra has close to 10 years of experience in the technology industry across a range of functions. Prior to Symantec, Chandra was a Product Director at Gartner and a consultant at McKinsey & Company, providing advice to technology clients on strategic go-to-market issues. Previously, Chandra was a Technical Solution Manager at IBM in Asia, where he worked with global clients to design and manage data centers.

Chandra holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
