Behavior
Adware.EZSearch is an Internet Explorer Browser Helper Object Toolbar. It causes pop-up and pop-under ads, redirects searches to another site by modifying the host file, and also contacts a remote server every time Internet Explorer is started.

The EZSearch Bar is installed manually or more often through an ActiveX installer web page.
