Product Support

A nonsupported product is one for which certain support options, such as telephone and electronic support, may no longer be available. However, self-help support options may still be available for nonsupported products.

Please note that nonsupported products include certain third party branded products resold by Symantec which are separately supported by the third party pursuant to their own non-Symantec support terms and offerings. Such third-party branded products are nonsupported products for purposes of Symantec’s Enterprise Technical Support Policy, and are not covered under Symantec’s support offerings, deliverables and entitlements. Symantec identifies such resold, third-party supported products in the certificates issued in confirmation of customer’s orders. For customer convenience Symantec strives to pass on the third party’s support contact information, as provided to Symantec.
