The ThreatCon is at level 2. Microsoft has released four security bulletins for the May 2008 patch release. These bulletins address several vulnerabilities that affect the following products:

- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Publisher
- Microsoft Jet Database Engine
- Microsoft Malware Protection Engine

Currently, Symantec IPS signatures are available for the Word vulnerabilities. Symantec AntiVirus heuristics detect the Jet Database Engine vulnerability.

We urge customers to install the patches immediately.
