As of 20-January 2012, Symantec is no longer providing technical Support for Symantec AntiVirus 4.3 for Microsoft SharePoint, including any Maintenance Packs (MPs) and/or patches for each version, in all released languages.  Online self-service support in the Knowledge Base will continue to be available for a minimum of 3 years.
