This release includes fixes for customer-reported problems as well as enhancements to logging for Group Update Providers. Symantec recommends this upgrade for customers who want this enhancement, or who are experiencing any of the problems that are listed as resolved in the Fix Notes.

Note: With this and future versions of Endpoint Protection and Network Access Control, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager is no longer supported on versions of Windows prior to Windows XP SP2.
