Introduction
pcAnywhere Solution helps organizations access and manage remote computers securely across multiple platforms. You should have at least two computers that are running the Symantec Management Platform in your environment. Each platform should also have managed computers.
pcAnywhere Solution is part of Altiris™ Client Management Suite from Symantec.

To install localized documentation, open the Symantec Installation Manager, click Check for Updates and select the language documentation package that you want to install.

Support for Access Server
The pcAnywhere Access Server is supported through pcAnywhere Solution. Within the configuration dialog box, a user can select an access server to use for Web-enabled remote control.
Native Whiteboard Support
Within a remote control session, you can use drawing tools to highlight objects and simplify communication for help desk support.
Enhanced Keyboard Commands
Initiate common actions quickly through keyboard commands.
Copy and Paste Using Efficient Speedsend File Transfer
Using standard copy and paste commands, you can initiate a file transfer session for the efficient transfer of data between host and remote.
