The following are unresolved issues and workaround instructions for issues in this release:
|Known Issue||Article ID|
Tasks associated with jobs are not exported
When exporting or migrating a job from 6.0, you must first export or migrate all tasks associated with that job, and then you can export or migrate the job.
After cloning a job, the tasks and conditions still reference the originals
A cloned job is still referencing the original conditions, and changing the conditions in the clone will also change the conditions in the original.
Workaround: The job must be manually re-created.
"Fail Job if Any task fails" check box status not migrating
When migrating a job to 7.0, the "Fail Job if Any task fails" check box status is not migrated.
Workaround: Manually update the check box and save the job.
Task Status not returning properly on a replicated task
Workaround: Copy the URL for the task status page and open it in a new IE window.
Clients assigned to a 6.x remote task server are not migrated to 7.x
Workaround: Go to the Site Service UI and setup the servers manually.
Agent status not updating after server switch
Workaround: Use the Reset agent button to register with the Task Server, and then shut down and restart the agent.
