SQL metrics do not upgrade properly after performing an upgrade from MS 6.0 SP5If in Monitor Solution 6.0 SP5 you set custom credentials for "SQL Authentication" or "Windows Authentication" and also selected the "Use Multiple instances" checkbox, then after migrating to Monitor Solution 7.0, the associated SQL metrics do not work. The reason for this is: 1. After migration, custom credentials are encrypted and cannot be used. You must manually reapply the appropriate credentials. 2. After migration, the "Use Multiple instances" checkbox is not selected. You must manually reselect this option to restore your previous settings. |
