Q: How do I order physical media from FileConnect for my Symantec Enterprise product
A: Depending on your entitled product and your shipping address, you may or may not be
eligible to request physical media on the FileConnect site.
If you are eligible, there will be a checkbox next to the product listing in the main Product Selection page.
By clicking this checkbox and clicking the “Ship Me a CD” button at the bottom of the page, you will
begin the shipping process.
Q: Can I get a copy of physical media?
A: Users directed to FileConnect should follow the instructions on their notification email or
letter to order physical media.
Users accessing FileConnect from the Licensing Portal should follow the steps below to order physical media:
Select “Ship me a CD” from the menu.
The “Order CD – Shipment Information” page will appear. Fill out all required fields and click Submit.
You will then see your CD order confirmation.
Q: How do I order physical media if I am not able to select the option to 'Ship Me a CD'?
A: Contact your Regional Customer Care team for assistance if this option is not available.
