Description

If running teh Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) in a PureDisk environment the 6.6.1 will update VCS to version 5.0MP3. If the VCS Java console distributed with previous version of VCS bundled with PureDisk will no longer work and will also need to be updated. The newer version is backward compatable and will function with VCS version previous to 5.0MP3.

To upgrade the Java Console on a Windows client, perform the following steps:
 - Stop Cluster Manager if it is running.
 - Remove Cluster Manager from the system.
 - Using Firefox, download the Cluster Manager installer from the storage pool configuration wizard welcome screen (http://<spa address>/Installer). Note there are known issues downloading the installer from Internet Explorer and results will vary.
- Run setup.exe
- Follow the wizard instructions to complete the installation.
