Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-In installer enables ForceFormReload

The Enterprise Vault advanced policy setting 'Force form reload on error' lets you write or remove the Microsoft registry value ForceFormReload on users' computers. When ForceFormReload is enabled and Outlook encounters an error when it opens an item that is based on a custom form, Outlook automatically clears the cache for the form. Outlook then tries to open the item again.
By default, the policy setting 'Force form reload on error' has the value 'Write entry'. This value means that Outlook is forced to reload forms when there is an error opening an item from its Enterprise Vault shortcut.
In Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 and later, the Outlook Add-In installer sets the registry value ForceFormReload to the value 1, meaning that it is enabled. When you upgrade to Enterprise Vault 10.0.4, the effects are as follows:
- If 'Force form reload on error' has the default value 'Write entry', ForceFormReload remains enabled after an upgrade.
- If 'Force form reload on error' has the non-default value 'Remove entry', ForceFormReload is enabled when a user first starts Outlook. When the policy is refreshed, ForceFormReload is removed.
