Question
Sometimes our E-mail Inbox is CC'd or BCC'd by our customers. We want to set up an email inbox filter to exclude these emails and ensure they do not create new incidents or add to existing ones.
Answer
To achieve this, you will need to create a new E-mail Inbox Filter
1. Ensure the logic in the "Reject e-mail:" reads:
When ALL of these are TRUE
"To" does not contain "<emailaddress>"
<end>
2. Ensure that "Default" and "Active" is ticked.
3. Go to your E-mail Inbox and tick the box for the filter in the "E-mail Inbox Filters" section
4. Test
