How can a user increase STE & DA memory allocation?
Answer
To increase the STE & DA memory allocation in cases where these components are going out of memory, follow these steps:
1. Open the registry (start --> run --> type 'regedit' --> enter)
2. Navigate to HKLM\System\Services\ASWEStreamletEngine\Parameters
3. Change ‘JVM Option Number 3’ to -mx512m.
Note - if Symantec Workspace Streaming is prior to 6.1, naviagte to HKLM\System\Services\CurrentControlSet\ASWEStreamletEngine\Parameters
