You must create at least one backup-to-disk folder or removable backup-to-disk folder before you can use the backup-to-disk feature.

To create a backup-to-disk folder by setting properties

On the navigation bar, click Devices.
Right-click the server for which you want to create a backup-to-disk folder.
On the shortcut menu, click one of the following:
To create a backup-to-disk folder on a hard drive or on a network drive
Click New Backup-to-Disk Folder.
To create a backup-to-disk folder on a removable device
Click New Removable Backup-to-Disk Folder.
On the General tab, enter the appropriate information.

On the Advanced tab, enter the appropriate information.
See Advanced properties for backup-to-disk folders.
Click OK.
