You can assign recipients to be notified when a job completes. Recipients must be set up before you can set up notification.

To send a notification when a job completes

Create a new job or edit an existing job.
In the Properties pane, under Settings, click Notification.
Select the recipients you want to notify when the job completes.
To send the job log with the notification to an email address or a printer, check Include job log with a notification to an email or printer recipient.
You can continue selecting other options from the Properties pane.
