When you add an NDMP server to Backup Exec, the following options are required.

Table: Add NDMP Server options

Item	Description
Server	Indicates the name of the NDMP server.
Port	Lists the port to be used for communications between the Backup Exec media server and the NDMP server.
Description	Shows the user-defined description of the server.
Enable ICMP ping operations for Backup Exec to detect the NDMP Server	Ensures that Backup Exec can use ping to locate the NDMP server.
Logon account	Indicates the name of the logon account for the NDMP server.
