About backup jobs for deduplication

You set up a backup job for deduplication in the same way as you set up a regular backup job. When you select either an OpenStorage device or a deduplication storage folder as the destination device, then deduplication occurs when the job runs. Optionally, if you want the remote agent to send data directly to the device, you can select the option for client-side deduplication. No other additional options are necessary to create a backup job for deduplication.
