The Remote Agent for Macintosh Systems (Remote Agent) is installed as a separate add-on component. The Remote Agent enables Windows Servers network administrators to perform backup and restore operations on Macintosh systems that are connected to the network. The Remote Agent must be installed on the Macintosh systems before you can perform backup or restore operations.
