Answer

This message means that the import was unable to match the data in the data source to a record in the database because there are resources in the database with the same resource lookup key. 

Examples of when you would get this message:

• If you were trying to import a computer using resource name as the resource lookup key, and this is the data in the data source:
  
  Resource Name         Serial #
  Comp1                   1234567
  
• You would get this error using this data if you had two computers in the database with the Resource Name Comp1.
