Question
What does the message "Data for 12 rows was skipped due to duplicates found on Key Lookup" mean?
Answer
This message means that the import was unable to match the data in the data source to a record in the database because there are resources in the database with the same resource lookup key.
Examples of when you would get this message:
- If you were trying to import a computer using resource name as the resource lookup key, and this is the data in the data source:
Resource Name Serial #
Comp1 1234567 - You would get this error using this data if you had two computers in the database with the Resource Name Comp1.
Legacy ID
20003
