- How is the Administrator Software Delivery Kit (ASDK) obtained?
- Since the ASDK is free, how is it supported?
Support for the ASDK must be purchased separately through your Sales Representative. Once a support contract has been purchased a Helpdesk incident can be created by the Altiris CSR's through the normal support line (801) 226-8500. The number of Helpdesk incidents available to you will depend upon the contract purchased; please consult your sales representative for current pricing on these support offerings. The various support options are all listed for a sales representative to explain.
Note: AE and DE contracts do not include support for the ASDK. The Assigned or Designated engineer may not have the type of software engineering background to properly assist with support issues regarding the ASDK. For that reason the support is designed to go directly to an engineer with the background to quickly assist as needed.
