Question
Can Workflow 7 be used to create new or modify existing ServiceDesk Workflow projects?
Answer
No, Workflow 7 is not supported to create or modify projects for ServiceDesk. Use only ServiceDesk's version Workflow for this.
To use a separate ServiceDesk Workflow development box for ServiceDesk, follow the installation from the following article. Note: Using the ServiceDesk Workflow Designer on other computers does not require additional licenses.
