Can I use Outlook Web Access to submit a survey?
Answer
You are not able to use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to submit a survey because the way OWA is designed, it
blocks specific code that needs to be run when clicking on the Submit button.
A workaround would be to set up a custom survey page and then in the survey that is sent from Helpdesk does not work,
it has a link to the custom survey page and can submit it from that page rather than through the email.
