For IIS 7.0 and higher the following is a list of roles and role components required for the IM Manager Administration Console.

Configuration Steps

1. On the IM Manager server click Start-> Programs-> Administrative Tools->Server Manager.
2. On the Server Manager screen, select Roles.
3. In the Web Server (IIS) section click Add Role Services .
4. From the Role Summary Wizard enable the services listed in the table above.
5. Click Next.
6. Click Install.
7. Click Close.
