Where are uploaded files stored in Helpdesk and can the location be changed?
Answer
When a file (attachment) is uploaded it is stored in "...\Program Files\Altiris\Helpdesk\AeXHD\upload".
To change the upload directory location you will need to look at KB article 23848.
