How can I use an alternate location for uploaded files in Helpdesk?

Question
By default, attachements are uploaded to \program files\altiris\helpdesk\aexhd\upload.
How can I specify an alternate directory?
Answer
1. Create the alternate location on the file system (It can be on an alternate server)
2. Create a virtual directory under the AeXHD website called 'Upload' that points to the new physical location.
Due to the way IIS works, the second Upload virtual directory will supersede the original default created during the Helpdesk Solution install process.
