How to configure RCCAgents to automatically update in Risk Automation Suite

To configure the Risk Automation Suite Remote Compliance Connector Agents to automatically update:

  1. Log into the RAS portal
  2. Navigate to Portal Administration -> Scanner Management -> Agent Updates (at top right of the window)
  3. Upload the agent update file "remotecomplianceconnector.exe.xml" located at: "C:\<install Path>\Extras\Scanner Clients\SFRCCAgent"
  4. The update file will now show under "Current Loaded Updates" with an active status of "False"
  5. At the far right of its row click "Activate"

Choose "Activate" again in the pop-up window.

The agents will now be upgraded automatically without having to push the new version to the remote clients.
