Possible Capacity License report issues

The Capacity Licensing report requires a user to enable master servers and configure agents to generate the correct report. When the master server is not enabled or when the agents are not configured, the report is not generated and shows errors. Another cause of errors when a report is not generated is the network connectivity issue. Make sure that the you have network connectivity.

Table: Capacity License report issues, causes, and solution describes the possible Capacity License report issues and their solution.
