Can Helpdesk 6.0 licenses be used for ServiceDesk 7.x, or can ServiceDesk 7.x licenses be used for Helpdesk 6.0?

Helpdesk 6.0 licenses are not compatible with ServiceDesk 7.1, and visa versa.
ServiceDesk 7.1 licenses can be obtained by contacting your Symantec Sales representative, Corporate Sales at (800) 721-3934 or Licensing at (800) 342-0652. However, new or renewal Helpdesk 6 licenses are no longer available. The following article provides additional information on this:
