During a restore of an image, generally near the end, there may be a prompt to provide Microsoft hotfix or service pack files identified by a Microsoft Knowledge base article number. Using the information referenced, navigate to the Microsoft support site and download the specified files (usually in an .exe form). Place these files in the same share as where the images are located in a separate folder. Then, on the screen in the SRD that prompted for the files, click on Browse and navigate to that folder. Click on one of the hotfix files in that folder and the process will apply information out of all the hotfixes in that folder location to continue the restore.
Note: If the directory path is not correctly updated when navigating using Browse botton, manual updation of the directory path should be done.
Follow the rest of the restore prompts as necessary so the restore completes successfully.
