You have a Helpdesk 6 license that is about to or has expired and you want to know how to renew it to be able to continue using Helpdesk.


As of September 4th, 2011, Helpdesk 6 is discontinued. The current "helpdesk"-style product offered by Symantec is ServiceDesk 7.x. Because of this, new Helpdesk licenses are no longer being offered or renewed. Additional information can be found here:
