To install Veritas Operations Manager Advanced

1. Make sure that the target host meets the operating system requirements.

   See Supported operating systems and browsers in Veritas Operations Manager Advanced 4.0.

2. Log on to the host as a user with administrator privileges.

3. Download and unzip the installation file.

   See Downloading the Veritas Operations Manager Advanced 4.0 installation packages.

4. Launch the installer. Run the VRTSvomes.exe file.

5. Click Install and follow the installation prompts.

6. After the installation is complete, click Finish.

   The Web browser launches.

7. Configure Veritas Operations Manager Advanced.

8. Verify that Enterprise Server is installed and the service is started.
