Is there a way to have a rule report "error" when "killontimeout" occurs?

The KillOnTImeOut modifier is to kill the process on the remote system if the time the TimeOut parameter has ended. The rule itself will report according to other modifiers that are present; that is, ErrorNotOK would show as NotOK. If there are none of these types of modifiers, the rule should report a status or error, however, the error will be reported as a 1460 error which is a Microsoft error.
