Getting a "Unable to connecto to remote server" error message when using the AuditExpress Update service

I keep getting the following error when I try to run an update with AuditExpress:
The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server.
I am using a HTTP proxy.
If you require an HTTP Proxy:
- Set the Altiris Security Management Update Service to log on as a local or Domain account instead of local system.
- Log onto the windows computer which runs the AuditExpress Update service as the same account which is running the service.
- Under Internet Explorer's Connections options set up the HTTP Proxy.
- Now the update Service will download new Audit Express content over your HTTP Proxy.
