About virtual networks

A virtual machine requires a network to connect to the host. You can create a virtual network for the virtual machine or use an existing virtual network. The virtual network is created on the host. Several virtual machines can use one network.

To create a virtual network, you can use the task. You also can specify the network details for the new virtual machine in the Create Virtual Machine wizard.
