Problem
When performing a PCT migration the user profile is created as USERNAME.DOMAIN instead of USERNAME.  The account is local.  Why can I not deploy a package containing a domain user and have the profile set up as a domain account?  Why is it a local accout?

Environment
PCT

Cause

The account used to migrate the personality package must have rights to create domain accounts on the local PC.  This is one of many reasons we suggest a Domain Administrator account be used to perform PCT migrations.

Resolution

Use a domain account that has rights to create users on the local machine.  A Domain Administrator would be best.
