In Veritas Operations Manager, an Organization Entity is a business entity that is used to group a collection of servers with similar characteristics.
The user needs to add the managed hosts to the Organization Entity. The associated clusters are inherited automatically. The clusters are managed by VCS and you can reserve LDoms on these clusters. VCS manages each LDom as a resource or an application, and not as a VCS node. Veritas Operations Manager lets you generate reports and enforce compliance criteria for the organizational entity. If any cluster node in an organization entity does not comply with the specified criteria, Veritas Operations Manager generates faults and risks.
