How do I give access to the Helpdesk Admin menu to a Security Role?

Answer

In the given Security Role privileges tab, go to Incident Privileges and check the Administer Incidents privilege and click Apply.

Workers in this role will have to restart their browsers to see this change take effect.

Additionally, this will give the Workers in this role access to edit Incident history comments.
