Unable to have more than one Carbon Copy connection from a single computer to multiple hosts

Problem
When initiating a Remote Control session from a computer which already has a Remote Control session open, it causes the initial Remote Control's Internet Explorer* window to crash with a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library: Runtime Error!"
You are unable to have more than one Carbon Copy connection from a single computer to multiple hosts.
Environment
Carbon Copy Solution 6.x
Cause
This issue occurs when using the Carbon Copy Advanced Viewer. The Advanced Viewer is not capable of having multiple connections open from a single computer due to conflicting processes.
Resolution
In order to initiate multiple Remote Control sessions from a single computer, you must use the Carbon Copy Basic Viewer.
