Cause
The Wise Support Portal Web site has been discontinued. This site now redirects you to the Altiris Web site. 

Resolution

Altiris has developed a new Web site to assist you with your product support needs. Please visit our new site, Altiris Service Center at http://asc.altiris.com (you will be redirected in about 30 seconds). Once at new site, click on the Register button to register at Altiris Service Center; old Wise Support Center credentials are not valid. We apologize for any inconvenience due to the changes.

For online support agreement, refer to your welcome letter on how to submit incidents. If you did not receive a welcome letter, call our support center for assistance at +801 886 4500 option 2 or + 734 456 2600.
