Evaluation results viewer times out
The issue and the workaround are as follows:
Sometimes, it is observed that the evaluation results viewer times out and throws an out of memory exception.
This happens only in some cases where the evidence data is large.
Open the appserver.exe.config file that is located at <Install_Directory>:\Program Files\Symantec\CCS\Reporting and Analytics\Application Server\ and the Symconsole.exe.config file that is located at <Install_Directory>:\Users\administrator\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\<Dynamic_Path>\....
Increase the receiveTimeout and sendTimeout values in the parameter
netTcpBinding. For example,
<binding name="netTcpWinConfig" closeTimeout="00:01:00" openTimeout="00:01:00" receiveTimeout="00:30:00" sendTimeout="00:30:00"
